Auction Guidelines

  • Auction Schedule: Auctions occur every weekend on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Product Listings: Products listed on Saturday will not be repeated on Sunday or the following weekend.
  • Customer Participation: Customers can suggest products they’d like to see auctioned by emailing us or filling out a form.

Auction Rules

  • Customers can submit bids for up to two auctioned products in one day.
  • A maximum of three bids is accepted for each product.
  • Once the auction time is over or all bids are received, the prices for the top three bids will be disclosed.

Bidding Guidelines

  • A bid price bar will be set, indicating the lowest bid price relative to the actual product price.
  • Customers cannot bid below the minimum bid price or exceed the actual product price.

Bid of the Week: How It Works

Welcome to our Klevenchy Bid of the Week, where you can score your favorite shirts at unbeatable prices! This unique feature allows you to participate in a bidding process and grab limited edition or select shirts every weekend.

How to Participate:

  • Select a Shirt
  • Browse through the Bid of the Week collection on our website. These items are marked exclusively for bidding.
  • Submit Your Bid
  • Click on the WhatsApp icon on the shirt’s product page.
  • Share the shirt name or image via WhatsApp to initiate your bid.
  • Place Your Bids
  • You can send up to 3 bids for each shirt.
  • Your bid should range from 50% of the shirt’s price to the full price.
  • Example: If a shirt costs ₹1000, you can place bids between ₹500 and ₹1000.
  • Winning the Bid
  • The highest bid submitted for the shirt will be accepted first.
  • If we have enough stock, we may also accept the second and third highest bids.

Bid of the Week Rules

  • How to Participate:
  • Bidding is open from Friday 12:00 AM until Sunday 11:59 PM each week. Any bids received after this period will not be considered.
  • Bid Submission
  • Customers must submit bids via WhatsApp, by sending the shirt’s name or image along with their offers.
  • Each customer is allowed a maximum of 3 bids per shirt. Additional bids beyond this limit will be disregarded.
  • Bid Range
  • Bids must be between 50% and 100% of the listed price.
  • For example, if a shirt is priced at ₹1000, bids can range from ₹500 to ₹1000.
  • Winning Criteria
  • The highest bid will be accepted first. In the case of multiple identical bids, priority will be given to the first one received.
  • If stock is available after the highest bid is accepted, we will offer the shirt to the second highest bidder, and so on.
  • Payment and Confirmation
  • Once a bid is accepted, the customer will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp.
  • Payment details and delivery options will be shared after confirmation.
  • Payments must be completed within 24 hours of bid acceptance, or the offer may be canceled.
  • Stock Limitations
  • If we do not have enough stock to fulfill all winning bids, only the highest bid will be processed. In such cases, the second and third bids may not be honored.
  • No Refunds
  • Bids, once placed, are final. No refunds or cancellations are allowed after the bid is accepted and payment is made.
